CK Energy Services have extended the products and services available to their clients by signing an exclusive distribution agreement with US manufacturers Torq-Comm.
Torq-Comm manufacture an innovative range of data collection devices and complimentary software for the industrial bolting industry. Their products provide asset owners with detailed and reliable information on each bolting operation performed. Information on the technician, the tooling and the load applied to each bolt is gathered real time and stored in a cloud based software. This potentially allows an engineer in Perth to monitor a bolting operation in the North West Shelf on line, real time.
The data cannot be manually altered during or after the bolting operation, giving asset owners the peace of mind that each and every joint will be leak free.
Owner and Managing Director, Keith Howlett commented:
It is becoming clear that data collection is the future of industrial bolting and I’m delighted to be able to offer this innovative product range to the Australian bolting sector.
This development clearly demonstrates CK Energy Services commitment to remain at the forefront of technology development within their industry.
