CK Energy Services have recently expanded the range of products available to their customers. The latest addition to their range is the heat exchanger isolation and test plugs from Netherlands based manufacturer IPCO. The DNV approved IPCO range of products offer a safe, reliable and easy to operate solution for pressure testing heat exchanger tubes, plugging those that leak. This allows plant operators to safely extend the life of their heat exchangers. Up to 10% of leaking exchanger tubes can be isolated, without effecting the efficiency of the system.
